Kronen is pleased to announce the successful support of planning application 24/07453/FUL at Westfields House, London Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The application sought permission for the construction of an additional floor to an existing apartment building, delivering four new two-bedroom apartments alongside the creation of two parking spaces and ten cycle spaces.

As part of the planning process, Kronen prepared a Transport Statement to accompany the submission. The core of this work centred on justifying a revised site layout, demonstrating that the proposed parking arrangements were appropriate and that the overall parking provision met the requirements of the local planning authority.
