Success – Approved Applications and Parking Consultant Services in Richmond

In recent months London Borough of Richmond upon Thames have approved several planning applications supported by Kronen’s parking survey consultant services.

These applications were: 16/4587 at 24 Christchurch Road, London, SW14 7AA, application 16/3206 at 349 to 351 Upper Richmond Road West, London, SW14 8QN, application 16/4231/FUL at 202a Upper Richmond Road West, East Sheen, London, SW14 8AN and application 17/2181 at 29 Barnes High Street, London, SW13 9LW.

Application 16/4587 at 24 Christchurch Road, London, SW14 7AA was for:

“Proposed conversion of garden studio to one person residential studio incorporating the extension of depth and height of existing garden studio in order to create a first floor level, with installation of a rooflight to the eastern roofslope and a rooflight and dormer extension to western roofslope, along with the alteration to the ground floor southern flank.”

The application provided no off-street parking and accordingly LB Richmond requested a parking survey.

The application was approved and the officer’s report noted the following:

“Parking surveys were carried out (by KRONEN LTD) and it was found through the survey that the proposed conversion of the garden studio to create a residential dwelling would not adversely impact upon the surrounding parking.”

Application 16/3206 at 349 to 351 Upper Richmond Road West, London, SW14 8QN was for:

“Construction of two self contained flats at second floor level and accompanying interior alterations at first floor level to allow access to the new units”

Again the application provided no off-street parking and accordingly LB Richmond requested a parking survey.

The application was supported by a parking survey prepared by Kronen and was approved.

Application 16/4231/FUL at 202a Upper Richmond Road West, East Sheen, London, SW14 8AN was for:

“Alterations with dormer extensions to existing first floor dwelling, conversion into 3 no. apartments incorporating a loft conversion.”

The application was supported by a parking survey prepared by Kronen and was approved.

Lastly, application 17/2181 at 29 Barnes High Street, London, SW13 9LW was for:

“Change from B1 office use into C3 residential use comprising 2 no. 2 bedroom flats.”

The application was supported by a parking survey prepared by Kronen and was approved.
