Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council approve a planning application for extensions and alterations to an existing rest home in Woolton Hill Hampshire.
The application was supported by a Travel Plan and a Transport Technical Note addressing highways matters.
The Officer’s Report highlights the importance of the detailed staff travel plan surveys and parking surveys were in securing a low off-street parking provision.
