Recently the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames approved a new residential development.

The application site was Oak Lodge, 4 Oak Hill Grove, Surbiton, KT6 6DS.

The application sought 5 houses (5 × 5-bedroom houses) with vehicular access from Oak Hill Grove.
