Kronen were recently appointed to assist with an active planning application in the London Borough of Lambeth.
On behalf of Henrietta Limited, DLP Planning had submitted a planning application for various alterations and extensions for a proposed flatted development at Christchurch Road, London, SW2 3EX (Lambeth Council’s planning reference was 17/03149/FUL).
The proposal included direct access from Christchurch Road the A205, which is part of the strategic Transport for London Road Network (TLRN).
Transport for London’s inital formal consultation response to the planning application requested swept path analysis of the access and parking layout to ensure ingress and egress was possible in forward gear.
Kronen were appointed to undertake the swept path analysis.
Having recommended some minor amendments we were able to provide the necessary swept path analysis plans and the work was submitted to Lambeth Council and Transport for London.
The swept path analysis work and application were approved shortly afterwards.
All work was delivered on-time and within budget.
