Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council approve an application for a residential development on The Common in Hatfield.
KRONEN were working alongside Lavata Group planning and DAP Architecture. The application was supported by KRONEN’s transport planning consultant services and Transport Statement.
We advised the project team on access changes, reduced car parking provisions and cycle parking design.
The proposal was for 8 × apartments with 2 × off-street parking spaces.
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council planning reference was “6/2022/0289/FULL” for the “Erection of a four storey building to provide 8 x 1-bed, residential units with associated landscaping and parking, involving demolition of existing two storey building” at 22 The Common, Hatfield, AL10 0ND.
