St Nicholas Church’s Chislehurst Village Hall (Church Lane, Chislehurst) is currently used as a children’s nursery, church parish offices and as a hall for hire for events.
In the Summer LB Bromley granted permission for a proposal to demolish the Chislehurst Village Hall and construct new buildings with residential accommodation.
LB Bromley’s planning application reference was “24/01340/FULL1” for the “Demolition of existing village hall building, erection of replacement village hall, incorporating church officefacilities & hospitality area and 2no. residential flats at first floor level, and erection of detached nursery building to rear, with associated works including access, parking and hard and soft landscaping”.

KRONEN were working with RE Planning and Kent Design Studio for St Nicholas Church.
KRONEN initially assisted at pre-application stage in 2022 to 2023.
The planning application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Statement. The transport work included justifying parking levels including CCTV survey work, site layout assistance and testing, cycles and refuse / recycling etc.
