Approved Application and Transport Statement Technical Note in Stanmore Harrow

Change of use from retail / shop (A1) to a holistic therapies treatment space (D1) APPROVED in Stanmore town centre (in the London Borough of Harrow).

We were working alongside / for Jaspar (agent and designers).

The application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Statement Technical Note justifying the change of use, zero parking, servicing etc.

Harrow Council ref “P/2291/19” for the “Change of Use from A1 (retail) to D1 (healthcare) at Unit 3” at “3 Buckingham Parade, The Broadway, Stanmore, HA7 4EB”.
