APPROVED APPLICATION AND TRANSPORT STATEMENT IN SUTTON

Last month LB Sutton granted permission for a residential block development at Rose Hill.

The application was for the … “Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a part two, part three and part four storey building containing 10 x 2 bedroom and 4 x 1 bedroom flats along with parking, cycle/refuse stores and hard and soft landscaping.”

The application site was 102-104 Rose Hill, Sutton, SM1 3HB.

LB Sutton’s planning application reference was “DM2018/02165”.

KRONEN were working alongside James Denny Consulting (designer and project manager) and Verve Planning (planning consultants).

The planning application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Statement.

The main issues for the Transport Statement included justifying the parking provision and resolving a site layout. We had been working on the project since mid-2018 and had to resolve several obstacles including access changes and future Tram safeguarding issues.

All work was delivered on-time and within budget.
