The application was for the … “Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a part two, part three and part four storey building containing 10 x 2 bedroom and 4 x 1 bedroom flats along with parking, cycle/refuse stores and hard and soft landscaping.”
The application site was 102-104 Rose Hill, Sutton, SM1 3HB.

The planning application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Statement.
The main issues for the Transport Statement included justifying the parking provision and resolving a site layout. We had been working on the project since mid-2018 and had to resolve several obstacles including access changes and future Tram safeguarding issues.
All work was delivered on-time and within budget.
