The site was Wynn House, 41-43 Beadnell Road and Land to the Rear of 45-47 Beadnell Road, London, SE23 1AA.
LB Lewisham’s planning application reference was “DC/25/140640” for the “Demolition of warehouse building to the rear and the construction of a part 2/part 4 storey building, conversion of office building and construction of an additional storey at roof at the front, together with the change of use from mixed use classes B8, E(g) and C3 to the sole residential use C3, to provide 8 homes, amenity space, shared courtyard garden, landscaping, new access stair, bins store and cycle storage, and all associated works at 41-43, and Land to the rear of 45-47 Beadnell Road SE23.
