Last week London Borough of Redbridge approved a new residential development in South Woodford.
The application site was 222 to 228, Maybank Road, South Woodford, London, E18 1ET.
KRONEN assisted London E18 Properties Limited with an earlier prior approval application for 10 × 1-bedroom apartments for the site / building. The recently approved application is for extensions and alterations to create a further 2 × 2-bedroom apartments.
London Borough of Redbridge’s planning application reference was “3808/19”.
The formal description was: “Part first floor rear extension incorporating Juliet balconies. Mansard roof extension to provide two 2 x bedroom self-contained flats with associated cycle / waste and amenity space. Alterations to fenestrations.”
The planning application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Statement.
The Transport Statement report set out the existing site, the site’s accessibility using sustainable transport modes, the adjoining highway network, the proposals, the proposal’s parking and transport impact and integration with planning policy and guidance.
