Approved Application and Transport Statement Technical Note in Kingswood, Reigate and Banstead, Surrey

KRONEN have supported recently approved proposals at Land at Bracken House, Waterhouse Lane, Kingswood, Surrey, KT20 6LF (in Reigate and Banstead Borough Council).

The proposals sought a large new dwelling with access and parking.

KRONEN were working alongside Goater Jones (architects and agents).

Reigate and Banstead BC’s planning application ref was “19/01797/F” for the “Retention of existing dwelling and erection of one detached dwelling and associated landscaping”.
