Approved Application and Transport Statement Technical Note in Enfield

KRONEN have supported recently approved proposals at 109 Park Avenue, Enfield, EN1 2BD (in the London Borough of Enfield).

The proposals sought extensions / alterations to the existing apartment building to create a new crown roof with a new 3-bed apartment as well as parking layout changes.

KRONEN were working alongside Goater Jones (architects and agents).

LB Enfield’s planning application ref was “21/01882/FUL” for the “Erection of crown roof to provide 1x self contained flat in the roof space, 2 storey side staircase extension and erection of replacement detached garages”.
