Following pre-app, various applications and appeals, PRIOR APPROVAL GRANTED for the conversion to residential accommodation comprising 12 × flats with 8 × parking spaces with new access arrangements / layout for neighbouring sites on Maybank Road in South Woodford, LB Redbridge.
