APPROVED APPLICATION AND TRANSPORT TECHNICAL NOTE AT UPPER TEDDINGTON ROAD

London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames November 2020 Planning Committee recently approved proposals, supported by KRONEN, at Tabard House, 22 Upper Teddington Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 4DT.

The application site is an existing apartment building in the Hampton Wick area.

The proposals sought extensions / alterations to provide 2 × apartments on to the rear at second and third floor levels.

The proposals included reconfigured existing parking areas.

Proposals were supported by a Transport Technical Note.
