APPROVED residential APPLICATION AND TRANSPORT TECHNICAL NOTE IN east sheen and mortlake

KRONEN have supported recently approved prior approval proposals at at “Hampton Works” in East Sheen / Mortlake (in London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames).

The application site was an empty commercial building. The site had no vehicle access and no off-street parking.

The proposals sought a car free dwelling.

KRONEN were working alongside Union Architecture (architects and agents).

KRONEN provided transport support and prepared a Transport Technical Note.

The LB Richmond planning application ref was “19/1033/GPD23”.
