The proposals sought a partial change of use whilst retaining access and parking arrangements.

LB Richmond’s planning application ref was “20/0623/FUL” for the “Change of use of part of Ground Floor of the Existing Building from Nursery School (Class D1) to Residential (Class C3) to incorporate into existing dwellinghouse”
