KRONEN were working with RAA Planning and B-12.

The planning application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Statement.

The main issues for the Transport Statement were access and restrained parking of 0.5 spaces per apartment in a PTAL 2 area in the context of the high 1.5 spaces per dwelling standard of the saved UDP.

PINS highlighted our Parking Survey data in the appeal decision letter as a key consideration with regards to transport / highways matters.

KRONEN have been working on the site since early 2019.
