The London Borough of Hillingdon approve a planning application for new build block of flats on Elm Avenue in Eastcote.<\/p>\n

The application was supported by KRONEN\u2019s on-street parking surveys<\/a> carried out in accordance with \u201cLambeth Methodology\u201d (\u201cLambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note\u201d (Lambeth Council, 2021)).<\/p>\n

As the proposal was for 6 \u00d7 flats with 4 \u00d7 off-street parking spaces the potential for overspill parking and associated parking impact had to be assessed in the parking survey report.<\/p>\n

The London Borough of Hillingdon planning reference was \u201c60130\/APP\/2021\/4249\u201d for the \u201cDemolition of existing dwelling and erection a residential building housing 6 flats with associated bins and cycle provision. Removal of corner drop kerb and creation of new drop kerb and widening of front drop kerb\u201d at 59 Elm Avenue, Eastcote.<\/p>\n

We were working with RAA Planning and B-12 Development.<\/p>\n

The approval followed several earlier planning applications and an appeal.<\/p>\n
