We have been involved with various planning applications at the site since 2019.<\/p>\n
We worked for Jaspar.<\/p>\n
We provided a Transport Statement addressing key issues such as restrained parking and servicing on the proposed site layout etc.<\/p>\n
The full planning application was approved last month.<\/p>\n
Slough BC\u2019s application reference was \u201cP\/03079\/018\u201d for the \u201cConstruction of a three storey roof extension and conversion of the first and second floor to provide 46 residential units (Use Class C3); re-provision of 2 commercial units (Use Class E) at ground floor; associated cycle parking, refuse storage; roof garden; new residential access to the front (north) elevation; and upgrades to the high street facade\u201d.<\/p>\n
