“I appointed Alex at KRONEN to undertake a parking survey in relation to a conversion of a commercial building into five residential flats. The site did not offer any off street parking spaces. So was always going to be a challenging application.

From the first phone call to KRONEN I found them to be willing to help and offer excellent guidance. I particularly liked the fact that the survey was being carried out by in house staff.

After agreeing for KRONEN to undertake the survey. Alex worked with local planning and highways officers to agree the details of the survey. The survey was completed within the agreed time frames and a very well presented report was produced and submitted to the council. (If only the council was as efficient as KRONEN).

The report presented the facts in a positive manner which I guess is the challenging part of these reports, as the facts are the facts and may not be what the client wants reported.

My application was successful and I would have no hesitation employing KRONEN on my next project."
