KRONEN supported approved proposals at 21 Send Barns Lane, Send, Woking, GU23 7BP (in Guildford Borough Council / Surrey County Council).

The proposal was for the “Demolition of the existing 6no. outbuildings and replacement with 3 new detached dwellings, together with associated refuse, cycle and parking facilities”.

KRONEN were working alongside Goater Jones (architects and agents).

KRONEN’s Transport Technical Note assessed the main transport issues for the proposal which were: new site access, site layout and parking provisions.

The Guildford BC planning application ref was “18/P/02222” and the application was approved in August 2019.
