Approval – Approved Application and Transport Statement in New Malden

Over the past couple of years we have assisted with proposals for a new building providing 37 apartments in the New Malden area of Kingston.

The proposal included a restrained provision of 12 parking spaces.

The application was recently unanimously approved at RB Kingston Development Control planning committee.

The application was supported by a Transport Statement.
