Approval at Croydon Council Planning committee last week

APPROVAL at committee last week for a residential development comprising 9 × apartments and houses with 4 × car parking spaces in Purley.

We were working for Everett Property Consultants alongside Robinson Escott Planning (agent) and Pellings (designer).

The planning application was supported by KRONEN’s Transport Statement.

Croydon Council’s planning reference was “19/03410/FUL”. The description was “Demolition of existing buildings; Erection of 7no. apartments and 2no. dwellings and associated works”. The application site was 22 Purley Knoll, Purley, CR8 3AE.
