APPROVED APPLICATION AND TRANSPORT TECHNICAL NOTE ON SHEEN LANE

KRONEN have supported recently approved proposals at 53 Sheen Lane, East Sheen, London, SW14 8AB.

The proposals sought a new dwelling to the rear of the site.

LB Richmond planning application ref was “22/0663/FUL” for the “Demolition of existing outbuilding. Erection of side/rear extension to additional office floorspace and create 1 x 1 bed flat with associated landscaping, cycle and refuse storage facilities”.
