KRONEN have supported proposals that were recently approved by LB Lambeth at Herne Hill.
The proposals sought demolition of 28 × garages and the construction of a new building providing a total of 9 × apartments.
The site has a long private driveway / access road as the sole access to the site from Herne Hill the A215 (a local strategic road).
The loss of garages and potential on-street parking impacts alongside all movements access on the driveway and servicing / emergency access and were assessed in a Transport Statement.
KRONEN were working alongside CREATE (scheme agents, planners, architects).
LB Lambeth planning application ref was “20/01797/FUL” for the “Demolition of the lock up garages and erection of 3 storey building to provide 9 residential units together with provision of 1 car parking spaces, refuse/cycle storages, landscaping, and amenity space” at Land Rear Of 18-24 Herne Hill, London, SE24 9QT.
KRONEN also provided a Construction Logistics Plan in support of the approved application.
