Last month Tonbridge & Malling BC approved a mixed-use development for a site on High Street Tonbridge.
The application site was 78C High Street, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1EE.
Tonbridge & Malling BC’s planning application reference was “21/01581/FL”.
The formal description was: “Conversion of the upper floors and a roof extension, to provide 6 residential units, along with the demolition of the rear portion of the site and a refurbished commercial unit (Class E)”.
The proposal sought the creation of 6 × residential apartments comprising: 5 × 1-bedroom and 1 × 2-bedroom apartments.
The proposed apartments had vehicle access from New Wharf Road and 5 × off-street parking spaces.
