LINKED APPEALS ALLOWED FOR CAR FREE DEVELOPMENT IN STANMORE HARROW, SUPPORTED BY KRONEN PARKING SURVEYS

The Planning Inspectorate recently allowed linked appeals for car free development in Stanmore in London Borough of Harrow.

The applications were:

P/2585/21 for Redevelopment to provide two storey building with habitable roofspace comprising of eight flats (6 x 1 bed and 2 x 2 bed); landscaping; bin and cycle stores (demolition of existing dwelling and outbuilding)

P/0337/22 for Redevelopment to provide two storey building with habitable roofspace comprising of eight flats (6 x 1 bed and 2 x 2 bed); landscaping; bin and cycle stores (demolition of existing dwelling and outbuilding)

The site address is 70 Uxbridge Road, Harrow Weald, Harrow, HA7 3NQ.

The car free developments were refused at planning committee.

KRONEN supported the applications with Parking Survey reports.

The Planning Inspectorate appeal references were APP/M5450/W/22/3291935 and APP/M5450/W/22/3299939.

The appeals were allowed in December.
