Approved Residential Development and Transport and Highways Advice in Croydon

At the end of last year Croydon Council approved a new residential development in Purley.

The application site was 37 Pampisford Road, Purley, CR8 2NG.

The application sought approval for an apartment building comprising 7 × apartments and a bungalow building to the rear of the site. The proposal included a proposed new vehicle access to serve 4 × off-street vehicle spaces.

Croydon Council’s planning application reference was “19/01886/FUL”.

The formal description was: “Demolition of the existing building and garage. Erection of two storey building with accommodation in the roof space and single storey building at the rear to provide a total of 8 units as well as associated refuse and cycle stores, landscaping, vehicular access and car parking”.

We were working alongside Pellings (architects) and Robinson Escott Planning (agents).
