London Borough of Richmond recently approved a planning application for the sub-division of an existing house along with alterations and extensions to create 2 × 2-bedroom flats in the North Sheen area.
KRONEN were working alongside 50 Degrees North (architects and agents).
The application was supported by KRONEN’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)) and local variations (mapping format and results output).
LB Richmond’s planning reference for the approval was “21/2646/FUL” at 39 Gainsborough Road, Richmond, TW9 2DZ for a “Two storey side extension to facilitate the conversion of the existing house into two flats. Associated cycle and refuse stores. Solar panels on rear roofslope and side roofslope to outrigger”.
