King’s Lynn & West Norfolk BC approve Windsor Patania Architecture’s planning application for 2 × zero parking flats in King’s Lynn.
KRONEN prepared a Transport Technical Note with a Parking Survey to support the zero parking proposal approximately 500m walk from the town centre boundary.
King’s Lynn & West Norfolk BC planning reference “23/00518/F” for the “Conversion of existing property to 2no. flats, erection of rear extension, rebuilding the pitched roof of the existing rear ground floor extension to add a skylight, converting existing attic area to habitable space, erection of a rear dormer window, new 2no. skylights to front elevation and demolition of outbuilding to enlarge amenity area for occupants” at 172 Loke Road, King’s Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 2BP.
The application was approved last month June 2023.
