The District of Wycombe approve a planning application on Priory Avenue for the change of use and alterations of guest house to create 14 apartments with 8 parking spaces.
The application followed an earlier approval for 14 apartments with 14 parking spaces (D o Wycombe application 17/06442/FUL).
The recent application omitted a 6 space basement car park.
The application was supported by Kronen’s on-street parking surveys carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)) and in consultation with Buckingham County Council officers.
The Officer’s Report highlights the importance of parking surveys in securing a ‘no objection’ consultation response from local highways / transport officers:
