The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames approve a prior approval application at 48 to 50 Ashley Road, Hampton.
The application was for permitted development for the application site’s change of use from Class B1a office use to Class C3 residential dwelling use.
The application was supported by Kronen Limited’s Transport Statement.
The development includes no off-street parking and parking surveys presented in the Transport Statement, carried out by Kronen Limited in accordance with the ‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note’ (Lambeth Council, 2012), were critical to securing a no objection from the highway authority.
