In 2019 KRONEN assisted with an approval for 7 apartments in LB Brent (application “19/2423” as per https://www.kronenlimited.com/kronen-news/transport-statement-in-sudbury-brent-september-2019/
Application “19/3720” was subsequently submitted to discharge a condition relating to a construction method statement (“Details pursuant to condition number 7 (construction method statement) of full planning application reference 19/2423 dated 2nd September 2019 for Demolition of the existing single dwellinghouse and erection of a 3-storey residential building comprising 7 self-contained units (6 x 2-bed and 1 x 3-bed) with associated car parking, soft and hard landscaping, cycle and waste storage”).
Prior to determination KRONEN were retained to undertake Swept Path Analysis Vehicle Tracking to officers’ satisfaction.
(KRONEN holds a full license for Autodesk’s AutoCAD and Vehicle Tracking software.)
