KRONEN were recently appointed to assist with a proposal in Kingsclere, Hampshire.
On behalf of a private client, Richard Davey Design submitted a planning application for a new dwelling at Land Adjacent Goldfinch Cottage, Newbury Road, Kingsclere, Hampshire (Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council’s planning reference was 20/00491/FUL).
The proposal included new direct access from Newbury Road which is a classified road and Hampshire County Council required swept path analysis of the access and parking layout to ensure ingress and egress was possible in forward gear.
Having recommended some minor amendments we were able to provide the necessary swept path analysis and an accompanying note to be submitted along with the full planning application.
The work and application were recently approved.
