KRONEN were recently approached to help an existing vehicle service workshop / garage overcome local objections on an active planning application for retrospective facility improvements.
The planning application attracted a number of highway safety based objections from neighbouring businesses / competitors.
Following exchanges with Woking BC officers we visited the site to make observations of passing vehicle movements and access visibility.
Based on the site visit observations we were able to support the retrospective application works.
Our transport planning submissions were accepted and the application was approved.
Woking BC’s reference was PLAN/2020/1080 for the Erection of canopy to Unit 3 at Unit 3 Dorset Way, Byfleet, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 7LB
