The main transport issues for the proposal were: new site access, site layout and parking provisions.
The full planning application was recently approved.
The Guildford BC application number was “18/P/00551” and the description was as follows “Demolition of the existing detached bungalow and replacement with 4 new dwellings (2 pairs of semi-detached houses), together with associated refuse, cycle and parking facilities, and new driveway access.”
