Trip Generation Assessment and Outline Delivery Servicing Plan for St Michael’s Centre in Fulham

London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham recently approved a planning application for 520sqm floor space of community facilities with 9 × apartments on upper floors at the St Michael’s Centre in Fulham.

KRONEN were working for and alongside Wimshurst Pelleriti.

KRONEN inherited the scheme once the full planning application was active and produced a Transport Technical Note re trip generation and an Outline Delivery Servicing Plan to help the application get over the line following initial LB Hammersmith & Fulham transport / highways consultation responses. Full planning approval has recently been received.

LB Hammersmith & Fulham’s planning reference for the approval was “2021/00802/FUL” at St Michael’s Centre, Townmead Road, London, SW6 2SR:

“Partial demolition of the existing St Michael’s Centre with retention of the majority of building facades and the erection of three and four storey side extensions and roof extensions (including replacement of existing roof) resulting in a four storey building with basement and rooms in the roof, for mixed use as a flexible community facility and 9no. self-contained residential units, with associated cycle storage and refuse storage.”

The Outline Delivery Servicing Plan was prepared in accordance with Transport for London (TfL) recent on Delivery Servicing Plans guidance “Delivery and Servicing Plan Guidance – Planning for Safe, Clean, and Efficient freight in London December 2020 (TfL, 2020) document.
