In 2014 Kronen supported a residential application for 6 flats in Twickenham; this was refused in January 2015. The LB Richmond Upon Thames planning reference was 14/4464. The refusal was successfully challenged by written representations appeal. ‘Transport and highways’ was the key issue for the planning inspector. Kronen’s Appeal Statement successfully used: analysis of the site’s accessibility, PTAL score, relevant mitigation measures (and how they would work on a practical day-to-day basis), detailed assessment of Development Plan wording and local planning / appeal precedent as an important material consideration.
