APPROVED APPLICATION IN RICHMOND TOWN CENTRE – SUPPORTED BY KRONEN’S TRANSPORT TECHNICAL NOTE AND CLP

KRONEN have supported proposals that were recently approved by LB Richmond on George Street in Richmond town centre. The proposals sought change of use and alterations and extensions to create new office space. KRONEN were working alongside Wimshurst Pelleriti and Stirling Shaw. APPROVED APPLICATION IN KENLEY (CROYDON) SUPPORTED BY KRONEN’S TRANSPORT STATEMENT

KRONEN have supported proposals recently approved by Croydon Council at Garages at Purcell Close, Kenley, CR8 5AZ. The site comprises 12 × garages plus additional surface parking. The proposal sought an apartment building comprising 5 × apartments. The proposal included a revised access from Purcell Close serving 8 × off-street vehicle spaces for existing garage site users and new apartments. Context / networks, parking, access etc. were assessed in a Transport Statement. KRONEN were working alongside Lumiere, Union Architecture and Robin Escott Planning. APPROVED TRAVEL PLAN CONDITIONS DISCHARGE APPLICATION IN SURREY

KRONEN recently prepared a Travel Plan in relation to an approved mixed-use development for a hotel, bar, restaurant and residential accommodation at Haslemere High Street. The site was 37 to 41 High Street, Haslemere, GU27 2JY (in Waverley BC). The Travel Plan was based on Surrey CC guidance and pro-forma template. The Travel Plan has recently been accepted and the planning condition has been discharged. The original application was “WA/2019/1525” for the “Erection of 2 dwellings; extensions and change of use of the rear building from hotel bedrooms and spa (Use Class C1) to 16 flats. APPROVED APPLICATION ON CAMDEN HIGH STREET – SUPPORTED BY KRONEN’S TRANSPORT STATEMENT TECHNICAL NOTE

KRONEN have supported proposals that were recently approved by LB Camden on Camden High Street. The proposals, above ground floor retail, sought the change of use of retail ancillary and storage space on upper floors and alterations and extensions to create 2 × apartments. The proposal was for car free housing and was complicated by an absence of external ground floor level space for bins and bikes etc. KRONEN were working alongside CREATE (scheme agents and planners).
