APPROVED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSPORT PLANNING CONSULTANT SERVICES IN REIGATE & BANSTEAD
Earlier this month Reigate & Banstead BC approved 2 × new dwellings in Reigate. The application site was The Former Yew Tree Public House, 99 Reigate Hill, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 9PJ. Reigate & Banstead BC’s planning application reference was “21/00310/F”. The formal description was: “Planning permission is sought for part single storey and part first floor rear extension and conversion of public house to form 2 self contained semi-detached dwellings with associated bins, landscaping, cycle lockers, parking and re-siting of access drop kerb”. We were working alongside DB Planning and -12 Development. KRONEN have been engaged on the site since early 2020 with an appeal for a larger redevelopment of the site currently ongoing. Approved School Additional Resource Provision ARP Application and Transport Statement in West Ealing
Ealing Council recently granted permission for the creation of a new Additional Resource Provision (ARP) unit for children with Special Education Needs (SEN). The ARP unit will involve creating 3 × classrooms and associated spaces. The ARP unit will cater for 24 pupils and 9 members of staff. The application site was land at the existing Fielding Primary School, Wyndham Road, Ealing, London, W13 9TE. Ealing Council’s planning application reference was “204456FUL”. Approved Section 73 Application in Coulsdon – Swept Path Analysis
KRONEN were recently appointed to assist with a proposal in Coulsdon. The proposal sought to vary an approved development for 7 x apartments and 2 x houses at 105 Woodcote Grove Road, Coulsdon, CR5 2AN. KRONEN provided AutoCAD Vehicle Tracking swept path analysis of the revised proposed site plan. The work and application were recently approved; application “20/05185/CONR” “Seeking to vary conditions 2 (drawing numbers) and 8 (car parking) attached to planning permission 19/03539/FUL seeking removal of integral garages to plots 1 & 2 to improve the internal ground floor layouts”.
