APPROVED APPLICATION AND TRANSPORT STATEMENT TECHNICAL NOTE IN LITTLEPORT, ELY, EAST CAMBRIDGESHIRE
East Cambridgeshire District Council recently approved a new house in Littleport town centre. East Cambridgeshire DC’s application ref was “22/00378/FUL”. The proposal sought the “Construction of two-storey dwelling, creation of a stair enclosure to the flat above the existing retail unit & bin area for 22 Main Street and associated works”. The site was car park to the rear of Rima’s Shop, 22 Main Street, Littleport, Ely, Cambridgeshire, CB6 1PJ. The site was a car park and bin store area for a shop. The proposal was for a new house; originally with off-street parking in an internal garage but over the course of the assessment / determination the proposal changed to zero parking development. APPROVED APPLICATION AND TRANSPORT PLANNING CONSULTANT SERVICES IN SLOUGH
KRONEN have recently supported full planning proposals for a mixed-use commercial and 46 × apartment development on High Street in Slough town centre. We have been involved with various planning applications at the site since 2019. We worked for Jaspar. We provided a Transport Statement addressing key issues such as restrained parking and servicing on the proposed site layout etc. The full planning application was approved last month. Slough BC’s application reference was “P/03079/018” for the “Construction of a three storey roof extension and conversion of the first and second floor to provide 46 residential units (Use Class C3); re-provision of 2 commercial units (Use Class E) at ground floor; associated cycle parking, refuse storage; roof garden; new residential access to the front (north) elevation; and upgrades to the high street facade”. APPROVED APPLICATION AND PARKING SURVEY IN KING’S LYNN & WEST NORFOLK BC
King’s Lynn & West Norfolk BC approve Windsor Patania Architecture’s planning application for 2 × zero parking flats in King’s Lynn. KRONEN prepared a Transport Technical Note with a Parking Survey to support the zero parking proposal approximately 500m walk from the town centre boundary. King’s Lynn & West Norfolk BC planning reference “23/00518/F” for the “Conversion of existing property to 2no. flats, erection of rear extension, rebuilding the pitched roof of the existing rear ground floor extension to add a skylight, converting existing attic area to habitable space, erection of a rear dormer window, new 2no. skylights to front elevation and demolition of outbuilding to enlarge amenity area for occupants” at 172 Loke Road, King’s Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 2BP.
