Success – Approved Application and Parking Survey, Kingston Road, Teddington

LB Richmond approve a planning application for a family dwelling on Kingston Road, Teddington. The application was supported by Kronen’s on-street parking surveys carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)). The proposal was for a single family dwelling without off-street parking accordingly the potential for overspill parking and associated parking impact had to be assessed in a Parking Survey report The on-street parking beat surveys on Kingston Road and surrounding streets recorded 87%  parking uptake / “parking stress” and the Parking Survey report provided robust transport planning justification of the proposals using National Planning Policy Framework.
