Success – Approved Application and Parking Survey, Wycombe
The District of Wycombe approve a planning application on Priory Avenue for the change of use and alterations of guest house to create 14 apartments with 8 parking spaces. The application followed an earlier approval for 14 apartments with 14 parking spaces (D o Wycombe application 17/06442/FUL). The recent application omitted a 6 space basement car park. The application was supported by Kronen’s on-street parking surveys carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)) and in consultation with Buckingham County Council officers. Success – Sutton Transport Planning
The Planning Inspectorate allow an application for 8 x dwellings in Sutton. Kronen supported the scheme at pre-application, full planning (Transport Statements) and planning appeal. The Transport Statement reports set out the existing site, site history, the site’s accessibility using sustainable transport modes, the adjoining highway network, the proposals, the proposal’s transport impact and integration with planning policy and guidance. Kent Transport Statements
In the past few months Kent County Council have granted permissions for developments at two schools: Meadowfield School (Sittingbourne, Kent) and Laleham GAP School (Ramsgate, Kent). Both developments were supported by Transport Statements prepared by Kronen Limited. Success – Approved Application and Parking Survey in Kew
LB Richmond approve a planning application for a new house on Kew Road in Kew. The application was supported by Kronen’s Parking Survey report carried out in accordance with the “Lambeth Methodology” (‘Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note‘ (Lambeth Council, 2012)). The proposal was for 1 dwelling without off-street parking (due to the physical constraints of the site), accordingly the potential for overspill parking and associated parking impact had to be assessed in the Parking Survey report The Parking Survey justified the proposal in accordance with Development Plan policies and National Planning Policy Framework (DCLG, 2012). Richmond’s planning reference was 17/4453/FUL; application site 286 Kew Road, Kew, Richmond, TW9 3DU. Approved Application and Parking Survey in Merton
Last year Kronen were instructed by Price & Myers to support a development proposals at The Study Prep School, Camp Road, Wimbledon Common, London, SW19 4UN (in the London Borough of Merton). The instruction was for a Parking Survey to assess the on-street parking impacts of the proposals as part of a Transport Assessment.
