Buckinghamshire Council South Area Planning Committee recently approved an application for a 6 × apartments in Denham. The application site was Firdene, Oxford Road, Denham, SL9 7AP. The planning application was “PL/23/0411/FA” for the “Demolition of existing house and outbuildings and erection of a block of 6 flats with associated parking, cycle and bin provision and widening of existing vehicular access”. KRONEN were appointed to justify parking provisions following the Committee’s decision to defer the application from an earlier committee date to allow more assessment on parking matters.
